Last night I headed out on what was originally planned to be a short out and back run in the trails. But part the way up the Baden Powell on Black Mountain I could not help but want to keep on going up and up. Nice to be able to take advantage of the stellar conditions on an amazing clear and warm evening. Some great exercise, great views, a bit of snow play - what a backyard we are so fortunate to enjoy here on the North Shore!

Women's Okanagan Springtime Cycling Camp 2013 Story

Finally I sit down to write a few words about this year’s Okanagan Women’s Cycling Camp. My how time flies – and I don’t just mean from my time getting home to now sitting down to write this – but as I sit here now I also inevitably reflect a bit on my many past cycling trips to the Okanagan.
